Masterplan Documentation
The purpose of the GIQ Masterplan is to outline a spatial structure to guide and transition future development on the Gracefield site, towards fulfilling the vision of creating a vibrant, connected and supportive community.
On these pages you will find background and responses to initial ideas, the context, and assumptions and parameters used to develop the Masterplan concepts.
Initial concepts were developed based on a number of layers, or component, that when built up provide a complete picture of the site.

In November 2020 we shared our observations, and identified potential opportunities. To prompt thinking preliminary observations about the site were development and potential opportunities were identified to inform the design direction for the masterplan.
